Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Woodz Link website and customer portal, your conversations with us on WhatsApp, and the services we provide to you. By using the website or our services you agree to these terms.

Who we are and what we do

Woodz Link L.L.C ("Woodz Link") is a platform and executive agent based in New Damietta, Egypt. We connect you with furniture factories, workshops and showrooms ("vendors"), and provide technical consultation, manufacturing oversight and delivery coordination.

Vendors are independent businesses. Your furniture is made by the vendor named in your contract, and our team oversees and follows up on your behalf as the contract sets out. This does not reduce any of your rights under the law.

Consultation

Your first consultation is free and carries no obligation. You owe nothing until you sign a contract or accept a written quote.

Your contract comes first

Every order has a written contract or quote that sets out the pieces, their specifications and materials, the price, the payment schedule, the delivery date and address, and the scope of the guarantee.

If anything on this page conflicts with your contract, the contract applies.

The Arabic text of these terms and of your contract prevails over any translation.

Your rights as a consumer

These terms and your contract apply without prejudice to your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations, and any term that conflicts with them does not apply.

You can file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include all taxes and fees. Every cost is written in your quote before you pay, and no cost that isn't in it is added without your written approval.

Payments follow the schedule in your contract, and recorded payments appear in your orders dashboard.

Technical oversight and updates

During manufacturing we send you photos and videos of each stage every week — materials, coatings and finishes — through the customer portal or WhatsApp, and you can arrange to visit the factory with our expert.

Natural wood varies in colour and grain from piece to piece, and photos on the website or sent to you are for illustration. These natural differences are not defects.

Changes and cancellation

Changing the design or specifications after manufacturing starts may change the price or delivery date, and is only done with your approval.

Cancellation and refunds follow your contract. Made-to-order furniture is built for you alone, so the cost of work already done before cancelling may not be refundable, as far as the law allows.

Delivery

Your furniture gets a final inspection and professional packing before shipping, and is delivered on the date and to the address in your contract.

Inspect your furniture when it arrives, and note any damage or issue on the delivery receipt or tell us straight away on WhatsApp so we can resolve it under your contract.

Guarantee

The scope and length of your guarantee are set out in your contract, and are never less than the law provides.

If your furniture has a defect or doesn't match the agreed specifications, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the law.

The guarantee normally does not cover damage caused by misuse, excess humidity, or changes made by anyone other than us or the vendor.

Your account and shared picks

You sign in to the customer portal with a code sent to your mobile number. Keep the code private and don't share it.

Picks links your consultant sends you are personal, temporary and meant for you alone.

Content and intellectual property

The Woodz Link name, logo, website design and content belong to us. Product photos and details are provided by vendors and shown with their permission. You may not copy the content or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are bound by your contract and by the law. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our or the vendor's control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that can't be settled amicably, without prejudice to your right to complain to the Consumer Protection Agency.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Updates don't apply to a contract you signed before them.
